End of project feedback

As part of our continuous feedback process, we are introducing an end-of-project feedback form to ensure timely and relevant feedback is captured throughout the year. The goal is to reduce the volume of feedback required in January and February while making it more immediate and useful, rather than relying on recollections months later.

Here’s how it works:

- When we mark a project as completed, the Project Director and Project Lead will be asked to remind the team to fill in End of Project feedback form.
- Everyone in the team will be responsible for filling it out for each other
- PD's and PL's should remind their teams to complete the form, aiming to be completed before the project lunch
- Gabbie will track submissions to monitor who has completed feedback for which projects.
- Once submitted, feedback will be sent to the relevant line manager for use in performance reviews.
- Feedback on Partners will be collected quarterly and shared with them
- All feedback in anonymous

While completing the form is not mandatory, we strongly encourage it to make year-end reviews smoother and more productive. Otherwise, more feedback will need to be given in January and February, which can be overwhelming.
