Outside of the annual review process, we ask Project Directors to give SP team members targeted, ongoing feedback during and at the end of each project. This is to support them in their OKRs and development goals.Please use this form to keep a record of feedback you shared with an SP team member at the end of the project. This feedback will be shared with their line manager and will be used to inform ongoing management conversations, as well as their annual review.
